Halloween!

I am dressing up as a nurse for halloween and will probably help my grandpa hand out candy on monday.
I do not think halloween is an over rated holiday I personally love to dress up and be weird.
My little sister decorates our whole house with weird decorations and creepy pumkin things.
Halloween's origins date back to the Celts, who lived in what are now known as England, northern France, and Ireland. It was the Celts who traditionally celebrated a holiday called Samhain, pronounced "Sah-wen" Samhain, celebrated on the night before the new year began, marked the end of the harvest season, and the beginning of the cold winter (Barkin and James 40). It was believed that on this night, witches and ghosts ruled, and that the souls of the dead would rise again to visit places where they had lived. The Celts built huge fires to frighten the witches away, but food and lanterns were set out in order to welcome the ghosts and dead souls. http://otal.umd.edu/~vg/amst205.F97/vj30/halloween.html
When I was young enough to trick or treat my favorite costume was my princess coustume and my favorite cany was the big kit kat bars!
I used to always go to my door and say trick or treat when I was like five and I thought it was hylarious.
I may attend the haunted house in edam
The scariest movie I have ever seen would probaby have to be the movie prom night 2008 it was horrible
